Service Description

The call starts with an interview to help me understand your intention and learn more about you. Once I know what you would like to get from our call we will proceed to explore the body using different tools like physical and emotional body scan, self massage guided by me (I will be massaging myself at the same time to demonstrate) and we will discuss possible activities for you to continue after the call. The direction of the call will be based on your intention and what you want to achieve.
